Join us for a day or two of rest, knowledge and togetherness.
We hope you'll be able to join us for our next online retreat. Online retreats have been well received by those attending. Many participants come back regularly - a growing number attend each month for maximum enjoyment and benefit.

Sunday Afternoon Guest teacher/speaker:
John Hill,
currently of the Hartford CT TM Center, will be with us on Sunday afternoon. He is a dynamic, engaging, humorous, entertaining, long-time TM instructor whose guest appearances have been a hit at previous courses. His talk will make connections between Creativity, Self,
and the process of knowing the Self. There will be relevant poetry, stories, and time for questions.
Entertaining & Enlightening!  John is a graduate of Maharishi International University (MIU) www.miu.edu with a degree in English Literature.

"Thank you for a truly amazing and transformative two days!" - S.S.

"I was surprised how connected I felt at distance, and
my meditations were deeper. After the retreat I feel more clarity,
balance and happiness. I'll be on the next one!" - S. S.

"I’ve never had so much stress released at once. I...feel more alive than ever. I just got back from Afghanistan and this is what I needed. I feel like a new man but even better, a better service member." –N.V.

You'll need a day or two free from responsibilities and...

  1.  A quiet, undisturbed location where you can be by yourself uninterrupted for at least the full morning and hopefully the afternoon.
  2. Access, in that private location, to a computer or tablet which can run the Zoom video conference application. Connecting by phone will not be ideal. Having a larger screen will be needed to properly view the Yoga asanas, videos and graphics we'll be using
  3. Your location should also be large enough to perform some simple yoga postures.

Deep Experience and Deep Rest

  • Extended practice of your TM technique, including remote group meditations, that provide greater familiarity with the inner creative silence of Pure Consciousness, and deep, rejuvenating rest for the body, for profound release of stress.
  • Instruction in easy-to-practice Maharishi YogaSM Asanas, as well as the simple neuro-respiratory breathing technique of Sukh Pranayama. These gentle mind/body programs are effective in helping to remove surface stress and strain and smoothing the way to deepen your TM practice.
  • If you have not been to a TM retreat before you should participate in the Zoom-based, pre-Retreat, free Maharishi Yoga Asana training on any (or all) Friday evening(s) at 5PM, or Sundays at 11AM Eastern Time. All participants are encouraged to take this training. It is a requirement for first-time retreat participants.
All TM practitioners can register for this training here (Click).  If you have already been trained in Maharishi Yoga Asanas, and are completely comfortable with your Maharishi Yoga Asana practice, you don't need to take instruction again. We'll review the asana instruction each morning. If you have never taken this online Asana course from MIU, we highly recommend you do. The instruction is more comprehensive than the 25-minute video instruction you may have seen on your prior retreats.
  • Time for in-depth questions and answers on the different experiences you are having during meditation and in daily life and points of knowledge.

These retreats provide a way to begin from a rested place of balance, liveliness, creativity and fulfillment. Please join us for as much of the schedule as you can.

Basic Schedule:

  • We'll begin at 8:30 AM with an Asana review and at 9AM for those who have already completely comfortable with this set of Asanas.
  • The morning 1/2 day retreat sessions will conclude about 12:30PM.
  • We'll connect again, after you have a good lunch and take a nice walk, for an optional, but highly interesting and valuable afternoon knowledge session from 2:15 PM to 3:45 PM.

Then plan on doing your full afternoon TM program at the same time with everyone.

You can attend either or both of the retreat days. For Sidhas and Meditators the morning extended meditation program sessions will have separate sessions as usual, but the afternoon knowledge meetings and the New Years Eve celebration will be together.

Choose your fee: After registering for the retreat you'll be sent a payment link along with other guidelines. Please make a minimum payment of $55 per day. We hope you'll consider more to help with our ongoing expenses in this trying time for our TM center and the TM organization as a whole. We deeply appreciate and rely on your support to continue our 40-year tradition of holding TM retreats.
As a guide, one-day (in-person) retreats usually have a fee of $125-$145 with lunch included.

We look forward to connecting with as many as possible.
Our online weekend retreats have been very well received by both meditators and sidhas. Some even asked to be able to do this weekly. We'll meditate, chat, answer your questions and give out Maharishi's knowledge and come together to enliven our own inner bliss, silence, and creative intelligence.

Wishing you happiness, health and enlightenment.
